Hailey Grady

Hailey Grady is an experienced professional in category management and analysis, currently serving as a Category Manager for multiple companies including Lunchly, Congo Brands, PRIME, and Alani Nutrition since July 2023. In addition, Hailey has held positions as a Senior Category Analyst at these organizations and previously worked at Mars as a Category Analyst and TTI Floor Care North America as a Demand Planner. Earlier career experiences include roles at Belk as an Assistant Planner and Inventory Analyst, as well as a Demand Planner at Newell Brands. Outside of corporate roles, Hailey contributes as a Girls Basketball Coach at St. Theodore Guerin High School. Hailey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University's Eli Broad College of Business.
