Robert Pepper

Robert Pepper has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Robert began their career in 1986 as a Retail Sales Specialist at Tri-City Products. Robert then transitioned to Tony's Tidewater Supply in 1993, where they served as Manager, responsible for various operational aspects of the company. In 2005, they merged operations with Tri-City Paper Co. and continued their role until 2014.

From 2005 to 2014, Robert worked as a Sales Rep at Tri-City Products, specializing in food service and hospitality supplies. Robert covered a territory in Southern New Jersey, utilizing face-to-face marketing skills to acquire and maintain sales, process orders, and address customer issues.

In 2014, Robert joined Coca-Cola Refreshments as an Account Manager until 2015. Robert then moved to Liberty Coca-Cola Refreshments as a Territory Development Manager until 2019. During this time, they transitioned to Liberty Coca-Cola Beverages, where they held roles as a Lead Account Manager and later as a District Sales Manager-IC.

In 2020, Robert worked as a Water Restoration Project Manager at Roto-Rooter Services Corporation. Robert then joined Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. in 2021 as an Outside Sales Representative and was later promoted to Account Manager Lead.

Currently, Robert is employed at Congo Brands as both a Territory Sales Manager and a Field Sales Manager starting from 2022.

Robert Pepper attended Xavier University from 1990 to 1994, where they pursued a degree in Marketing for four years. Following this, from 2002 to 2017, they enrolled in the Sea School and obtained an OUPV Coast Guard License, focusing on the field of study of Merchant Mariner Document.
