Heather Blake is an experienced professional in community engagement and education, currently serving as Ecosystem Manager at the Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta since August 2022. Previously, Heather held the position of Director of Engagement at Congregation Etz Chaim from June 2016 to May 2022, managing over 500 programs for more than 550 families and significantly increasing young adult participation. Other notable roles include Director of Innovation & Engagement at the Memphis Jewish Community Center, where 20+ new programs were implemented, and various teaching positions in religious schools.
