Jamie Platt Lyons is an accomplished legal and community leader with extensive experience in real estate and organizational governance. Currently serving as Chair and Member of the Georgia Real Estate Commission Education Advisory Board since 2011 and as Senior Partner at Lazega & Johanson, LLC since 2010, Jamie delivers strategic guidance in legal, operational, and financial areas. Previous roles include Trustee Counsel Member at Cornell University, Secretary and Board Member at the Community Associations Institute - Georgia Chapter, and Partner at Weissman, Nowack, Curry & Wilco, P.C., where comprehensive legal services were provided to developers and property managers. Jamie's leadership extends to the community as President of Congregation Etz Chaim, focusing on sustainable growth and strategic planning, and as former President of the Cornell Alumni Association of Atlanta and the Georgia Real Estate Educators Association. Jamie holds a JD from Emory University School of Law and a BS in Communications from Cornell University.
