Ben Morrison

Ben Morrison has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Ben currently serves as the VP of People Services at Congruex. Prior to that, they worked as an Independent Consultant at HCMorrison, LLC. Ben's extensive experience includes senior HR director roles, such as Senior HR Director of Supply Chain at Crocs. Ben has also held various director-level positions within human resources, including People Development, HR Systems and Business Process, and Talent Management. Ben began their career as a HR Generalist and has worked in the ski resort industry as an HR Manager and Recruiter.

Ben Morrison attended Bowling Green State University, although the specific dates are unknown. Ben then went on to Villanova University, where they obtained a degree in Human Resource Management.
