Bill Beans

Bill Beans is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the broadband and technology sectors. As Co-Founder and Executive Chairman of Congruex from January 2016 to September 2024, Bill Beans played a pivotal role in establishing a nationwide platform that provides comprehensive design, engineering, construction, and maintenance services for broadband network and utility operators. Bill Beans is also the Chairman and CEO of Tenacity Capital Ventures, a strategic consulting and investment firm in the broadband technology industry since January 2012. Prior to these roles, Bill Beans served as Chairman and CEO of Open Range Communications, leading efforts to build a national WiMAX network aimed at delivering wireless broadband to underserved rural communities. Earlier in the career, Bill Beans held the position of President of Communications and Media at TeleTech Holdings, overseeing a significant business unit, and was Chairman and CEO of SwitchPoint Networks, Inc. Bill Beans holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
