George Shaver

George Shaver's work experience includes serving as the Sr. Director of Software Development at Congruex since 2020. Prior to that, they were the Director of Software Development at the same company from 2020 to 2022. George also worked at ViaSat as the Sr. Director of Software Development from 2013 to 2020, where they led the transition of a team into an Agile and DevOps team. Before that, they were the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Accruit from 2006 to 2013, where they led a technical and operational effort with PwC. George started their career at Microsoft as a Group Program Manager from 2001 to 2006, where they contributed to the development of business intelligence applications for Microsoft Office and SQL Server.

George Shaver has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Computer Science from Marymount College of Kansas.
