Ken M.

Ken M. has extensive work experience in sales and operations. Ken currently holds the position of Director of Sales Operations at Congruex. Previously, they co-founded Vidariche Enterprises, where they focused on real estate investment and leasing property management. Ken also held various roles at Stentech, Inc., including WW Sales, Marketing & Service Director and Sales Director - US Sales & Service Operations. Ken was responsible for driving growth and strategic direction, as well as overseeing sales operations and planning. Prior to that, they were the Technical Sales Director - Western Region at Stentech and an Account Executive Sales Manager at Photo Stencil, LLC. Additionally, Ken worked as a Principal Management Consultant at Vertical Leap Consulting, LLC and as a Sr. Sales Operations Manager at Level 3 Communications. In these roles, they played a crucial part in driving sales strategies, implementing sales systems, and managing revenue recognition.

Ken M. obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Metropolitan State University of Denver from 1980 to 1982. Ken also completed a Master Black Belt Certification in LEAN Six Sigma from Villanova University between 2010 and 2011.
