Michelle (Spica) Rose is a seasoned professional in program management, currently serving as the Senior Director of Program Management at Congruex since 2024. Previously, Michelle held various engineering roles at AECOM and Kiewit, as well as a project management position at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia from 2007 to 2008. Michelle earned degrees in Architectural Engineering and Civil Engineering from Drexel University, where they studied from 2006 to 2011. Prior to their current role, they also served as a Business Operations Manager at Congruex from 2023 to 2024.
