Tim Pearson

Tim Pearson has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Tim currently works as the Director of Operations at Congruex. Prior to that, they worked at BHC as a Project Manager and Technology Strategist - Business Development. Tim also has experience working at Google as an Outside Plant Project Engineering Manager. Before that, they had a long-term career at Sprint, where they held various roles such as Technical Research & Development - Technology Strategist, Technical Development Architect - Technology Strategist, Local Division Principal Project/Program Manager, and Broadband Local Network Division Senior Technical Manager. Tim also has experience working at Marconi PLC as a System Engineer, at 3Com as a Network Consultant, at Kansas City FiberNet as a Network Service Manager, at Engineered System Inc. as an Engineering Manager, and at Kiewit as a Kiewit Network Technology/Engineer.

Tim Pearson studied at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and completed their Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering Technology, specializing in Digital Design and Communications, in 1987.
