Michael Bowman

Michael Bowman, CIC, CBIA, is a Partner at Congruity HR, where they serve as the SVP of Insurance, focusing on payroll administration, human resource outsourcing, and workers' compensation solutions for small to mid-sized companies. They previously worked as an Insurance Consultant at Movement Insurance from 2011 to 2014, developing insurance programs and managing relationships with loan officers and real estate agents. Michael also held various roles at The Hartford and Great American Insurance Group, where they demonstrated expertise in underwriting and business development. They earned a BSBA in Risk Management and Insurance from Appalachian State University and an AA from Surry Community College.
