Germain THOMAS has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Germain began their career as an Economic Attaché at the French Trade Commission in Vientiane, where they worked for two years. Germain then served as the Business Development Director at SOK Corporation for a year before moving on to a role as the Business Development Manager at Comin Asia. In this position, they focused on developing the business for Mechanical & Electrical works nationwide in Thailand and Indochina.

After their time at Comin Asia, Germain Thomas took on the role of General Manager at PCS - Property Care Services Cambodia. During their tenure, they successfully grew the company by increasing the number of employees and securing major projects such as AEON Mall and Royal PP Hospital.

Following their success in Cambodia, Germain became the Regional Managing Director at iHome Systems Asia, managing the company's smart home systems integration business in Malaysia and Singapore. Following this, Germain Thomas joined CONICA as their Sales Director for the Far East and Oceania region, specializing in the sports and leisure segments. Germain worked with local distributors and focused on projects related to track and field, playgrounds, and waterproofing.

Most recently, Germain joined Asian Insiders as a Partner for Malaysia. In this role, they aim to deliver regional solutions to clients, providing market entry services, business development, investment advisory, partners' identification, and M&A.
