Constanza Estepa

Constanza Estepa is an experienced legal and social policy professional with a strong background in human rights, gender perspective, and technological linkage in various institutional roles. Notable positions include Legal Advisor at Concejo Municipal de Rosario, Secretary in the Social and Technological Linking Area at Facultad de Derecho UNR, and Technical Advisor in the Ministry of Equality, Gender, and Diversity of Santa Fe. Estepa also served as Director of the Provincial Technology Linkage and Science Policy in Santa Fe and led initiatives in popular access to justice at the Universidad Nacional de Rosario. Current engagements include a doctoral fellowship at the Consejo Nacional de Investigaciones Científicas y Técnicas and directorial roles in research at the Instituto de Cooperación Latinoamericana. Estepa holds a Master's degree in Human Rights from Universidad Autónoma de San Luis Potosí and a law degree from Universidad Nacional de Rosario.
