Sofía Parisey is currently the Responsable RRHH CONICET at YPF Tecnología, where they assist in the integration of highly qualified human resources and researchers from CONICET. They previously coordinated various programs at the Consejo Nacional de Investigaciones Científicas y Técnicas, including the +VALOR.Doc initiative aimed at boosting the social impact of doctoral expertise in Argentina. In 2015, Sofía served as a trainer in the "Mi Voto mi Elección" program for the Government of the City of Buenos Aires. They are currently pursuing a specialization in Strategic Management of Public Organizations at the Universidad del Salvador.
