Their career began in programming, progressing through test management and Scrum Master duties, ultimately leading to a successful tenure as a project manager for the past 12 years. Jörg excels in understanding the challenges faced by all stakeholders, which enhances their ability to lead teams effectively and drive complex IT projects to completion. Currently, Jörg serves as an IT Manager at CONITAS while continuing their role as a project manager at HDP.
