Dan Damato

Dan Damato is a Senior R&D Engineer at CONMED Corporation since May 2018, responsible for managing significant projects within the endoscopic division and driving business process improvements. Previously, Dan held multiple roles at Boston Ballroom Corp and various engineering co-op positions at PENTAX Medical and Boston Scientific Corporation, focusing on product design, feasibility testing, and new product development. Dan began a career in customer service as a server at Wahlburgers and served as a lifeguard at various locations. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University, with early education completed at Keene High School.
