Jared Malavé

Jared Malavé has extensive experience in strategy, corporate development, and investment banking. Jared is currently the Director of Strategy & Corporate Development at CONMED Corporation. Prior to this, they worked as a Principal at Almagest Capital Partners from 2019 to 2022. From 2014 to 2019, Jared was the Director of Strategy & Corporate Development at Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. Jared also served as the Senior Vice President at Aleutian Capital Partners from 2013 to 2014. Earlier in their career, Jared worked in investment banking roles at Dominick & Dickerman LLC and UBS Investment Bank, and as an Associate at HSBC Securities.

Jared Malavé holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Nutritional Biochemistry from Cornell University, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance & Accounting from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology & Society from Cornell University. Additionally, they have certifications in Series 7 and Series 79 from FINRA.
