Jason Peacock has extensive experience in compliance and organizational development. As a Senior Compliance Specialist at Smith & Nephew from October 2017 to September 2025, Jason facilitated global audits to ensure alignment with corporate policies and local laws regarding anti-bribery and corruption, reporting findings to the leadership team, including the Chief Executive. Currently, Jason serves as the International Compliance Manager at CONMED Corporation. Prior to these roles, Jason worked at East Riding of Yorkshire Council from January 2006 to October 2016 as a Senior Organisational Development Officer, where responsibilities included developing staff initiatives and managing cost-reducing projects. Jason holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accountancy and Finance (Hons) from the University of Humberside and a membership from the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development obtained at The University of Huddersfield.
