Luke Buza

Luke Buza serves as the Vice President & General Manager for ConMed Foot & Ankle at CONMED Corporation since November 2021. Prior to this role, Luke held various leadership positions including Executive Vice President of Marketing & Research & Development at Conventus-Flower Orthopedics and Vice President of Marketing, Communications, Medical Education, and Clinical Research at Acumed. With a robust background at Stryker, Luke achieved significant sales growth and led successful product development initiatives, including the launch of Stryker's Triathlon Total Knee System. Luke's earlier experience includes positions in operations and engineering at BF Goodrich Aerospace and Air Cruisers Company, complemented by an educational background featuring an MBA in Finance and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Rutgers University, along with a Global Leadership Program certificate from Harvard Business School.
