Stephen Gregory

Stephen Gregory has a strong background in HR and business leadership. Stephen has held various roles in companies such as CONMED Corporation, GLOBALFOUNDRIES, Momentive Performance Materials, GE Advanced Materials, GE Energy, and GE. Stephen has experience in developing and implementing shared services models, optimizing processes, implementing employee-facing applications, and managing employee data. Stephen has also led HR integration processes, developed training plans, and executed new employee orientations. In addition, they have experience in commercial strategy, global reporting, and Oracle ERP implementations. Throughout their career, Stephen has demonstrated success in driving business growth and improving productivity. Stephen participated in the GE Information Management Leadership Program, which developed their technical aptitude, business acumen, and leadership abilities.

Stephen Gregory earned a BA in History/Political Science from The College of Saint Rose from 1990 to 1994. Following this, they completed an MBA in Business Administration at the University at Albany, SUNY from 1995 to 1998.
