Maureen C Downs

Maureen C. Downs is a respected capital markets veteran with 30 years of experience in derivative financial instruments and financial technology. Currently, they serve as Co-Founder and Chair at EP3 by Connamara Technologies and have held leadership roles across numerous firms and regulatory bodies, including the National Futures Association, where they are Chair. Previously, they were Executive Director of Mergers and Acquisitions at Sara Lee and founded Downs Capital LLC. Maureen's diverse background includes roles in corporate finance, law, and accounting, contributing to their unique perspective in the industry. They are presently pursuing education at the University of Notre Dame.
