Connect Counselling is a Hong Kong based counselling and therapy practice that offers online and in-person individual and couples counselling. 

The premise of the company is based on an observation that mental disarray--feelings of confusion, sadness, loneliness, and stress--tends to materialize when we feel a lack of connectedness, either because of hurting relationships or internal asymmetry. Through connection, we heal and rediscover alignment, and through that, safety.
