Connect Energy Talent is a women-led boutique talent partner working with growth-stage companies, established energy players and investor-backed organisations across North America and EMEA 🌍

We specialise in 𝐄𝐕 𝐢𝐧𝐟𝐫𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞, 𝐛𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐲 & 𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐲 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐞 and 𝐨𝐢𝐥𝐟𝐢𝐞𝐥𝐝 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬, supporting organisations operating across the energy transition and the wider energy value chain.

We partner with clients at pivotal moments – entering new markets, scaling revenue, strengthening leadership capability or building technical teams – where hiring decisions carry real commercial and execution risk.

Our work goes beyond filling roles. We support leadership teams to shape talent strategy, using talent mapping and search-led market intelligence to inform decisions before hires are made 🤝

𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐖𝐄 𝐃𝐎

We deliver mid-to-senior leadership appointments, from high-impact management roles through to VP, Director and C-suite, alongside multi-hire team build-outs for organisations scaling quickly or expanding internationally.

We also support market entry by providing research-led insight and compensation context, identifying where talent sits and advising on how to sequence hires to support growth and delivery ⚡

𝐇𝐎𝐖 𝐖𝐄 𝐖𝐎𝐑𝐊

Our model is structured, transparent and partnership-led.

We combine talent mapping, data insights and retained or engaged search to mitigate hiring risk and support confident decision-making, particularly when clients are entering new markets or building teams from scratch.

If you are planning market entry, scaling leadership capability or building teams across EV infrastructure, battery and energy storage or oilfield services, we would be happy to talk ✨
