Caetano B. is the Sales Director at Connect Group. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Business Setup Consultant at Business Incorporation Zone from December 2020 to February 2022. There, they were responsible for executing solutions to clients and providing the full end-to-end business set up services with the right activity in different zones of the UAE. Caetano also set individual sales targets with the sales team, coordinated with marketing on lead generation, and achieved sales and revenue targets on a monthly basis. In addition, Caetano promoted the organization and products, up-sold higher business set up packages, and cross-sold to existing clients corporate bank assistance, PRO Services and Co-working space in the most prestigious business centers of Dubai. Caetano also built long-term relationships with clients and agents inside and outside of the UAE to obtain and close referral sales. Furthermore, they presented the company services and closed sales in roadshows outside of the UAE and networked in events and prestigious business clubs of Dubai.

Caetano B. has a degree in Food Science from IPSSAR of San Pellegrino Terme. Caetano also has a certification in Force Management from MEDDIC and a certification in Expert Level Test Manager (CTAL) from Tyesdale Actuaries & Consultants.
