Elisha Kramer

Elisha Kramer is currently serving as the Brand and Talent Director at Connect Management LTD, where they previously held the position of Head of Female Talent. Their past experience includes roles as a Marketing Executive at Tasty Mates and Brand Assistant at Danone, as well as a Brand Marketing Intern involved in launching a vegan sweets brand. Elisha also worked as a Summer Camp Counselor at Surprise Lake Camp, where they managed and inspired children while fostering teamwork in a diverse environment. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the University of Birmingham in 2020.
