Nicola Steele

Nicola Steele is the Head of Sustainability and Environment at Connect Plus Services, where they lead the Environment and Sustainability Team and manage initiatives related to carbon reduction and ESG data. A Chartered Environmentalist and Full Member of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment, Nicola has held various roles in environmental management, including positions at EM Highway Services Limited, Kier Group, and Highways England. They began their career as a Landscape Assistant with Harlow District Council and have served as a Green Flag Judge since 2004. Nicola holds a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Management from The University of Reading.
