Pascal Barras is the Head of Enterprise Risk at Connect Plus Services, a position held since 2025. Previously, Pascal served as an ERM Programme Risk Manager and Risk Manager at HS2 Ltd from 2019 to 2022, leading corporate risk management and developing integrated risk frameworks. Before that, Pascal worked as a Risk and Assurance Manager at the General Pharmaceutical Council from 2016 to 2019 and as a Risk Assurance Officer at Surrey Fire and Rescue Service from 2014 to 2016. Pascal began their career as a Section Manager at Marks and Spencer from 2006 to 2009 and held the role of Senior Auditor at Surrey County Council from 2009 to 2014. Pascal is currently pursuing a B.A. in International Relations and French Language and Linguistics at the University of Toronto, alongside an M.A. in History at the University of New Brunswick.
