Ivan Lean

Ivan Lean is a Principal Consultant at Pacific People Solutions, specializing in Organisational Psychology. With a history of working as an Organisational Psychologist at various firms, including Take Charge Assessment and Therapy and Davidson Trahaire Corpsych, they bring extensive experience in the field. Ivan also served as a Coordinator for the Psychologist Registration Supervision Program at the Australian College of Applied Psychology. They obtained a PgDPsych from Bond University and a Master’s in Organisational and Human Factors from the University of Adelaide.
