Most organizations deploying AI can prove their governance controls exist.
Very few can prove they actually work.

That is the gap Connect Smart Consulting Inc. was built to close.

We deliver Assurance-as-a-Service, combining AI behavior validation, adversarial cybersecurity testing, and quality engineering discipline into one integrated model that Ontario enterprises and SMEs can actually afford and access.

Our founder brings 18 years of practitioner experience from inside the delivery teams at S&P Global, Thomson Reuters, Bell Canada, Broadcom, and Flight Centre - leading SAFe Agile Release Trains, designing DevSecOps pipelines, and translating regulatory SLAs into engineering requirements across financial services, FinTech, and technology sectors.

We are not advisors who tell you what framework to adopt.

We are practitioners who validate whether your framework actually holds up.
