Robin Chan has a diverse range of work experience, starting in 2010 with an internship at the Illinois League of Women Voters, where they collected information for a petition and attended an educational conference on redistricting. In 2011, they worked as a Development Coordinator and later as an Intern and Administrative Assistant at the IMD Guest House Foundation, where they collected guest information, assisted with fundraising, and maintained relations with donors.
In 2012, Robin interned at the Illinois Department of Human Rights-Fair Housing Division, compiling documents for completed cases and gaining experience in the intake process for filing complaints. They also worked as a Guest Relations Manager and later as the Director of Operations at the IMD Guest House, fostering an environment of care and overseeing the organization's growth.
