Florian Adam

Florian Adam has extensive experience in change and service delivery management, currently serving as Change Manager and Delivery Manager at Connect44 since September 2018, where responsibilities include enforcing Change Management processes and coordinating project delivery. Prior experience includes a role as Service Delivery Manager at Huawei Technologies, overseeing network incidents and managing multicultural teams, as well as serving as Change Manager and Front Office Team Leader within the same organization. Florian Adam holds a Master's degree in Microelectronics and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, and Information Technology from Universitatea Politehnica Bucuresti.
