Anand Krishnakumar

Anand Krishnakumar, CFA, currently serves as a Director in the technology department for Morningstar's Direct Advisory Suite, enhancing workflows for financial advisors. Anand is also a Board Advisor at Connectd, providing strategic guidance to high-growth startups. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, Anand teaches courses on advanced security pricing and financial instruments. Previously, Anand held senior roles at Harris | Oakmark, William Blair, and J.P. Morgan, leading technology and quantitative research initiatives. Anand earned a Master’s degree in Financial Mathematics from the University of Chicago and another Master’s in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Instrumentation from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
