Annamaria Blell

Annamaria Blell is a Global HR Executive with over 20 years of experience in HR functions across various sectors, including FinTech and consulting. Annamaria has held senior roles focused on delivering HR strategies for worldwide expansion and organizational transformation, leading teams across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. Currently, they serve as a Board Advisor and Non-Executive Director at Connectd and an HR Integration Lead at InPost Group. Annamaria's previous positions include VP, Head of Human Resources EMEA at the Reinsurance Group of America and various leadership roles at firms such as Kantar and AXA, where they successfully implemented HR transformations and drove business growth through M&A activities. Annamaria holds a Master’s degree in French Language and Literature from the University of Belgrade.
