Colin Burke is an experienced leader in customer success and program management, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success for EMEA at honeycomb.io since February 2025. As the CEO of the Customer Success Network since July 2021, Colin also volunteers as the Partnership Lead. With a background that includes strategic roles at VMware Tanzu, where Colin drove customer experience and success strategies across the EMEA region, and authored for Transformation in 900 Seconds, Colin has developed a strong focus on driving transformation within organizations. Earlier experience includes positions at Pivotal Software, Verizon Connect, and West Corporation, where Colin managed projects and led product development initiatives. Colin holds degrees in Finance and Accounting from Maynooth University and has a comprehensive understanding of technology and digital transformation across various industries.
