Fin O'Leary serves as the Managing Director for Blackwired Pte Ltd. in the MENAT region, specializing in disruptive cybersecurity technologies. O'Leary is also the Managing Director of BLUERIDGE, focusing on business growth and digitalization, and has held various advisory roles since 2011 to help a range of financial institutions develop effective digital strategies. Additionally, O'Leary is a Board Member at London Rebuilding, providing innovative financial products, and serves as a Board Advisory Mentor at Connectd, a digital growth marketplace. Previous experience includes senior technology leadership roles at Binladin International Holding Group, Kuwait Bank, Samba Financial Group, Depfa Bank, Bank ABC, and Unisys.
