Kevin Foley is a senior leader in DevOps and Digital Transformation, currently serving as the Head of Capability – DevOps and Applications at Admiral Group Plc. With a passion for building high-performing teams and driving engineering excellence, Kevin leads initiatives to modernize platforms and embed continuous improvement across the organization. They have previously held roles such as IT Delivery Operational Manager and IT Delivery Team Manager at Admiral Group Plc, and worked as a System Engineer at Mapa Spontex. In addition to their professional endeavors, Kevin actively explores Non-Executive Director opportunities and contributes to charitable causes aligned with their values, advocating for coaching and mentoring across all levels. Currently, Kevin serves as Chairperson for the Regional Learning and Skills Partnership South West Wales.
