Jon Shesler is an accomplished supply chain and procurement leader with extensive experience in optimizing global operations and achieving significant cost savings across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Supply Chain Operations at ConnectDER, Jon previously held key positions including Director of Strategic Sourcing at Itron, Inc. and Senior Director Corporate Supply Chain at Cobham Advanced Electronic Solutions, where achievements included managing multi-million dollar commodity spends and driving procurement strategies for major projects. Jon's earlier roles at Honeywell, Aclara, GE, General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems, and Pratt & Whitney demonstrate a consistent track record of improving operational efficiency, quality control, and supplier management. Jon holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University and an MBA in Management of Technology from the University of New Hampshire.
