Noa Ovadia worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Connecteam from June 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Recruiter & Head Hunter Recruiting Developers at TechTalent Israel from November 2021, where they provided recruitment and headhunting services for high-tech professionals and talents from various fields. During their tenure, they were responsible for hiring for different roles like DevOps Linux / DevOps Linux Manager, Mobile developer -IOS / Android, Java Developer-Full Stack / Server, Front-end Developer, Web & Mobile QA, Automation Developer, and Net developer.

Noa Ovadia attended Bar-Ilan University from 2020 to 2023 to study Human Resources Management and Services, but did not complete a degree program during this time.
