Or Gerner is an experienced professional in product management and operations, currently serving as the Website & Ops Team Lead and Website Growth Manager at Connecteam from August 2023 to August 2024. Prior to this role, Or held various positions at McCann TLV from February 2021 to July 2023, including Head of Product and Senior Product Manager. Experience also includes a role as Marketing Operations Specialist at Elbit Systems Ltd and as Assistant to the Ambassador at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Israel. Additionally, Or served as an instructor's officer and tank instructor in the IDF - Israel Defense Forces. Or holds an MBA in Marketing from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
