Shany Orenstein

Shany Orenstein is currently a Global HR Business Partner at Connecteam, a role they embarked on in 2025. Prior to this position, Shany accumulated extensive experience in human resources across various companies, including AppsFlyer and Deloitte, where they served as an HR Business Partner. They also worked as a Human Resource Specialist and Recruiter at RENUAR and held a consultancy role at Manpower. Shany began their career in the Israel Defense Forces as an Operations Room Manager. In terms of education, Shany earned a Master of Business Administration in Management and Organizational Behavior from Bar-Ilan University, having previously obtained a degree in Psychology from the same institution.
