Tertia Dex is currently the Chief Manufacturing & Development Officer at HaemaLogiX, where they focus on advancing biopharmaceutical products for multiple myeloma. In addition, Tertia serves as Principal Consultant at Connected, facilitating the design and construction of advanced manufacturing facilities. Previously, Tertia held several leadership roles at Patheon, including Director of Business Development, and contributed to various positions in biopharmaceuticals and biotechnology. Tertia earned a First Class Honours degree in Biotechnology from Griffith University, which they are currently pursuing.
