Connected Community Innovations (CCI) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening access to housing, health, safety, and essential services through human-centered technology. We work directly with individuals experiencing crisis or instability, as well as the community organizations and public agencies that support them. Our purpose is simple: technology should make life easier, safer, and more connected especially for people navigating difficult moments. 

We design tools that reduce confusion, remove barriers, and open clear pathways to essential services. Every solution is grounded in empathy, cultural respect, trauma-informed design, and genuine partnership with people who have lived and living experience. 

Our work spans shelters, public spaces, community programs, and local service systems, always built around dignity, clarity, and collaboration.
