With a robust background at Stryker, including positions as Principal Software Engineer and Senior Staff Engineer, Dwight successfully transitioned to system architecture and new product development, leading teams in creating mobile applications and cloud-based solutions. Additional experience includes responsibilities at SurgiCount Medical, Quest Software, Hurricane Software, Sprint, and H&R Block, showcasing a strong foundation in various software technologies. Dwight holds a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
