Cris Board

Cris Board, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources spanning various industries. They served as the HR Director/Consultant at Spitzer Automotive Group, managing HR functions for 700 employees, and later as the Director of HR for Koinonia, where they led a team of eight HR professionals supporting 550 employees. Cris was previously the Chief Human Resource Officer for Lorain City Schools, overseeing HR practices for over 1,500 employees and multiple unions. With a strong educational background, including a BA in Business-Accounting from Baldwin Wallace University and a Master’s in Labor Relations and Human Resources from Cleveland State University, they continue to provide HR consultancy at ConnectedHR.
