Who are we?

Connected Intelligence is a rapidly emerging leader in the provision of small to mid-market, business-aligned managed IT services. These represent our three core values and the foundation of our culture as a company and as a partner.

Connected Intelligence services the public and private sectors in Australia and internationally. We have office locations in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Jakarta and Singapore. We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week supporting users based in Asia Pacific, the United States and Europe across diverse and industries such as banking, finance, FMCG, freight and logistics, manufacturing, not for profit, mining, and professional services amongst others.

We believe that IT services must be delivered not simply as a utility, but in a meaningful way that creates value in the organisation and that this is achieved through our three core values - Alignment, Governance and Cultural Fit. Our mission is to provide a market-leading proposition that challenges antiquated service delivery norms that equate IT governance with rigidity, by delivering iterative continual service improvement based on effective cultural integration. Simply put, we revolve around feedback, delivering true continual improvement to your organisation.
