Bart Forbes

Bart provides strategic vision and direction to CN and its state clients regarding the administration of federal and state broadband infrastructure grant programs. He also is involved in grant program design, administration, policy, application review and evaluation, development of grantee report templates, and grantee report review. Bart was a Broadband Grants Program Officer with NTIA for over ten years.
