Haluk Laman

Haluk Laman, Ph.D., is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Connected Wise since May 2018, and serves as a Project Engineer at HNTB beginning in September 2019. Additionally, Haluk has been a PhD Researcher at the University of Central Florida - College of Engineering & Computer Science since January 2011. Previously, Haluk worked at HNTB from April 2017 to June 2019, where titles included Project Engineer in the Toll Studies and Express Lanes Department and ITS/Traffic Engineer II. Haluk holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Transportation and Highway Engineering from the University of Central Florida, obtained in 2016, and a Master of Science (MSc) in the same field, earned in 2012.
