Dorcas O’Quinn

Dorcas O’Quinn is responsible for employee relations, as well as the overall administrative operations of the Houston office. Dorcas manages Human Resources, with a focus on employee benefits, as well as IT and administration. She also is in charge of coordinating and executing ConnectGen events.

Prior to joining ConnectGen in July 2018, Dorcas worked for Clean Line Energy Partners and provided Human Resources and office management support. She has over 20 years of experience in HR and providing administrative support.
