Heather Bruce is the Manager of Land Records focused on managing ConnectGen’s real estate agreements, related legal instruments and documents.
Before joining ConnectGen, Heather worked in the right-of-way department at Percheron, where she was the lead document specialist for a widely known electric and telecommunication client. While at Percheron, Heather worked on multiple oil & gas pipeline projects and eventually moved over to solely focus on electrical transmission and telecommunications. Heather has worked in the right-of-way industry since 2013 bringing experience in document control, project coordination, and project management.
