Moustafa Abdou

Moustafa Abdou is the Manager of Pre-construction at ConnectGen. Moustafa manages preconstruction efforts for wind, solar, and battery storage until the project execution stage, in addition to that he manages the procurement process for the equipment needed for the projects in the company portfolio.

Before joining ConnectGen, Moustafa worked at Clearway energy as a pre-construction engineer where he was focusing on advancing the wind projects in the company portfolio from the early development stages to the project execution stage. He also worked on performing technical due diligence for repowering multiple wind assets. Moustafa worked as a Project Engineer at MA Mortenson Renewable Energy Group. He worked on multiple projects throughout the country in Union and nonunion territories.

Moustafa holds a Bachelor’s degree from Purdue University in Civil and Environmental Engineering with a Minor in Construction Management.
